Quality policy.
The SGI POLICY requires that, in line with the Company mission, the management of all processes is set up according to the rules of the application of the Integrated Management System, according to the ISO 9001: 2015 – ISO 14001: 2015 – ISO 45001: 2018. The Top Management of the Organization is committed to pursuing the full implementation and continuous evolution of the Integrated Management System in order to consolidate and improve the image of the Company, also by the commitment and professionalism of all Company staff.
Quality represents for BFTM SRL the target and the instrument to achieve:
– the satisfaction of the internal and external customer and the excellence of the results;

ISO 9001
certification
Our system is certified ISO 9001 since 1996. This means the presence of a quality system on the basis of which our internal organisation is managed and controlled according to a precise procedure recorded in the quality handbook, in the matrix of activities/responsability and the related guideline. The certificate of this procedure is given by the success of a yearly third part inspecting visit checking implementation, maintenance and improving of system. For this reason we executed a process of procedure check using a series of indicators each one of them speficic for the target set on the occasion of internal assesment of the system.
OHSAS 18001
certification
In 2015 we certified our system of Management for Safety and Health at work. This certification attests the voluntary application, inside the BFTM organization, of a system that allows to grant an appropriate control about Safety and Heath of workers in addition to the respect of existing rules.
ISO 14001
certification
Certification according to ISO 14001 is not compulsory, but it is the result of a voluntary choice to implement and maintain an internal enviromental management system improving every year.This certification attests that our company’s organisation provides an appropriate system to monitor the environmental impact of its activities by seeking to improve them in a coherent, effective and above all sustainable manner.
CE EN
certification
The quality level reached by our processes is moreover confirmed by the achievement of certification based on the harmonised standard EN 1090-1:2009/ EC 1-2011 that allows us to affix the CE marking on our products. The CE mark self-certify that our product is in accordance with all Comunity provisions that forsee its use: design, production, placing on market, putting into service of the product, up to its disposal.
SOA
certificate
SOA attestation is compulsory for partecipation in calls for tender for execution of public works contracts, that is a document necessary and sufficient to prove during tender the company’s the capacity to execute directly or under contract public works with amount made up of auction exceeding €. 150.000,00. This certification having validity of 5 years (provided that its confirmation is requested within the third year following the release) is assessed on the basis of an analisys of the company’s activity in the last 5 years before the date of request.
