An important company in the Packaging sector has entrusted BFTM with the preparation of a new warehouse for the storage of 3200 pallet spaces, 4.300 box spaces and 120 meters of cantilever.
The structure for pallets / metal boxes, 9 meters high. approximately, in the anti-seismic version, was equipped with:
- section bar for pallets to allow storage in front of 1200 and facilitate picking operations;
- Tray-shaped section bar for metal boxes to allow safe storage of the UDCs and to have the possibility in the future to store Euro pallets.
The drawer holder structure has been set up with 13 levels and equipped with galvanized shelves; strictly earthquake resistant.
The anti-seismic cantilever structure is 9 meters high equipped with 2m long arms. with 1000kg capacity. All load levels have been equipped with galvanized pressed grating shelves to allow the storage of load units of various shapes and sizes, especially of semi-finished products on pallets but with overflows out of shape.
